Poland Work Permit Visa
Foreign workers are mandatory to have a proper Poland work permit visa, as recognized by immigration laws. Poland work visa permits must be protected for workers and supported by a locally licensed and incorporated entity, which can be a problem for companies just entering the Polish market. Poland is known for typically being quite inflexible with its visa arrangements for foreigners, and visas will only be granted if no suitable Polish candidate can be sourced for a position.
Poland is a developed market and regional power, being the eighth largest and one of the most dynamic economies in the EU. Warsaw, its capital, is the largest and most important in Central Europe.
